You must be at least 13 years old to use PulseAnvil. If under 18, you need parental consent. PulseAnvil is not intended for medical use—consult a healthcare professional for advice.

We use Sign in with Apple for secure authentication. You must provide accurate information and keep your Apple ID secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

PulseAnvil offers free basic tracking (steps, workouts, HealthKit integration) and premium features (advanced metrics, iCloud sync, Apple Watch companion) via subscription.

We may update or discontinue features without notice, but we will aim to notify premium users.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium access is via auto-renewing subscriptions: $4.99/month or $35.00/year, handled by Apple. Prices may vary by region.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end. Manage via Apple ID settings. No refunds except as per Apple’s policy. Restore purchases is available in-app.

User Content and Conduct

You own your workout data, but grant us a license to process it for app functionality. Do not misuse the app (e.g., hacking, spamming). We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual Property

PulseAnvil and its content are our property. You get a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

PulseAnvil is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties and are not liable for damages (e.g., data loss, injuries). Liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate your access for violations. Upon termination, uninstall the app. Premium access ends immediately; no refunds for partial periods.
